for-profit micro or small business.

business is non-profit or you need help in regards to
launching a non-profit business, please call the Georgia

Call The
Edge Connection at 770-499-3228 to register for our next
free information session. At our information session you
will learn about our services and how we can best help you.
You can
apply for services before or after an information session.
We accept applications Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Please bring verification
of income to qualify for sliding scale fees or free
services.
Business
consultation appointments are limited to business owners or
business training participants. An exception is made for
clients seeking business consultation regarding legal
structure of their business, franchise information, and
other contractual or legal issues that require an informed
decision prior to a business launch.
Income Verification
Please
bring in any of the following documents you have in your
possession.
If your
income has not decreased since last year, please bring in:
Your latest
tax return or
W2s or
1099s
If your
income has decreased since last year please provide:
Paycheck
stubs or
Earning statement
If you are
unemployed please provide:
Unemployment records or
Unemployment check stubs
If you
receive disability or retirement from any source please
bring in paperwork that shows your disability amount and
states the nature of your disability.
Social
Security check stubs or award letter
SSI, SSDI, SSA disability check stubs or award letter
Retirement benefits
Survivor’s benefits
If you
receive TANF, Section 8 housing, Foodstamps, Medicaid, or
any other state assistance please provide documentation.
If you are
unable to provide verification of your income, please
explain the circumstances.
